Executive Summary
Police and Crime Commissioners have the statutory responsibility to provide services to support victims to cope and recover. This is for the continuation of Domestic Abuse Outreach Advocates on the three policing divisions.
These specialist IDVA workers will work alongside police teams to provide an enhanced level of support to survivors of domestic abuse, advocate for their needs and support the professional development of officers and staff.

South West Surrey Domestic Abuse Service (SWSDAS)
- £42,000 for a Police Outreach Advocate for West Surrey
North Surrey Domestic Abuse Service (NSDAS)
- £42,000 for a Police Outreach Advocate for North Surrey
Recommendation
The PCC supports the recommended allocation of funds and awards the following;
- £42,000 to ESDAS
- £42,000 to SWSDAS
- £42,000 to NSDAS
