The following terms and conditions apply to the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey’s Community Safety Fund, Reducing Reoffending Fund and Children and Young People Fund.


Victims Fund Criteria and Process

Police and Crime Commissioners are responsible for commissioning support services for victims of crime in their area. Whilst all victims must have clear expectations about how they will be treated and the support on offer, local services must have flexibility to meet the different and changing needs.

Complaints Procedure

The Office of the Commissioner has a responsibility to manage complaints it may receive against the Chief Constable of Surrey Police, its own members of staff, contractors, and the Commissioner itself. The Office also has a duty to keep itself informed about complaint and discipline matters within Surrey Police, as set out in section 15 of the Police Reform Act 2002.
